We have also doubled the number of employees in the development department.<\/p>\n<p>Having all product development in-house allows us to develop, improve and refine our production resources much faster.<\/p>\n<p>In the past, we used to be forced to test and design &#8220;live&#8221; during production. Now, we can adapt and correct any teething problems before commissioning.
