With DYKON, you get a partner with all processes in-house.

We have our own feather factory with washing, drying and sorting of down and feathers. We have our own production and development of duvets and pillows. Shortly said: We have the entire production process under the same roof, thus ensuring a very high, uniform quality of all our products.

The journey from farm to DYKON

Automated and efficient production

DYKON has one of the world’s most efficient and highly automated production facilities. This makes it profitable to produce duvets and pillows in Denmark.
At our factory in Lunderskov, Denmark, we have everything in-house, allowing us to control the entire production process down to the smallest detail.

For the end consumer, the purchase of duvets and pillows is an investment in quality of life and well-being as 1/3 of our lives are used in bed. We therefore do our best to ensure that all our products are a safe choice and we always look for the highest standard in our field.

Own recognised laboratory

DYKON has its own laboratory, recognised by EDFA, to measure and test the quality of down and feathers. It is the largest and most advanced of its kind in Northern Europe. This ensures that all our raw materials comply with the strict standards and requirements we have set for our suppliers.

As a Danish company, we navigate in a country with the strictest working environment rules. We do our outmost to be a well-operated business that we all can be proud of. This means, amongst others, that we wish to ensure a safe working environment.

Focus on the environment and sustainability

In a manufacturing company like DYKON we focus on the environment and sustainability. Our consumption of energy varies in accordance with our work load. We are introducing ongoing initiatives that contribute to a lower consumption of water, natural gas and electricity. In this way, we ensure even lower CO2 consumption.
