We have been very successful with our own proprietary duvet filling technology and we continuously design new in order to provide even better products and expand our capacity.
Most recently, we have acquired 2,000 square metres of buildings which will primarily serve as a centre for the development of new production technologies. We have also doubled the number of employees in the development department.
Having all product development in-house allows us to develop, improve and refine our production resources much faster.
In the past, we used to be forced to test and design “live” during production. Now, we can adapt and correct any teething problems before commissioning. This way, the development of the production resources will not interfere with our daily production capacity.
With our new development centre we expect a substantial improvement of our production capacity within a relatively short period of time.
