We use light in order to ensure the most optimum control.
At each production line, packaging tables are set up with white LED light to illuminate the duvet from the bottom. This way, the employee can ensure that all cassettes are filled with equal and sufficient amount of down and that all stitches are intact. Our lighting tables are our own development and we have just taken a new and optimized version in use.
Although we have some of the best weights to measure the filling for each cassette very precisely, with the help of the light, we can now be 100% certain that there is filling in all cassettes before the duvet is packaged and sent off.
When designing the light tables, we have also thought about the working environment. The height and brightness of each table can be adjusted depending on the individual employee’s needs.
In addition to light tables in our production, we also have light tables in our incoming goods control of raw materials. Here we inspect, among other things, whether the goods are of the right size and whether they are sewn correctly. This way we can guarantee that unmarketable raw materials are not used in our production.
All these actions are taken to deliver some of the world’s best duvets and pillows. So wherever you meet one of our products worldwide, each product has been through our light table and has been checked several times by our employees. Satisfied and happy customers just sleep better.
